a state tax credit as an incentive for offering a workplace wellness
program.

Overview of the Incentive Program
Here are a few of the key details that have been released regarding this
program:
- The tax credit will be available for businesses that have 500 or fewer
employees
- Employers must apply and submit documentation annually that demonstrates
evidence of their wellness program
- The credit shall be equal to 25 per cent of the costs associated with
implementing a certified wellness program
- The maximum credit is$10,000 per business in
any 1 fiscal year
Which Wellness Programs Qualify?
